WARM WINTER WISHES - UTILITY RELIEF PROGRAM 2023-24

Nominate someone in need or even yourself below for assistance 

with payment of Electric or Gas bills this winter!

*Payments will be made directly to the utility company on behalf of the account holder, if chosen. 

Recipients will be chosen and notified throughout winter.  

Recipients must reside in Kentucky.

Recipients must provide a copy of utility bill.

Recipients names & info will be kept confidential. 

Program runs November 15, 2023 thru March 15, 2024
